Johnny Trí Nguyễn: Good evening. Welcome to the 33rd edition of SGGPs in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi.
Guten Abend. Herzlich Willkommen zu der 33. Ausgabe des SGGPs in der vietnamesischen Hauptstadt Hanoi.
Minh Tuyết: Chào mừng bạn đến với phiên bản 33 của SGGPs Việt Nam Thủ đô Hà Nội.

Johnny Trí Nguyễn: Bevor wir beginnen, so möchte ich mich für Venezuela bedanken, dass ihr in der letzten Ausgabe ein so toller Gastgeber und eine wunderbare Show gegeben hat, die es noch nie gab. Muchos Gracias, Venezuela.

Johnny Trí Nguyễn: Für das heutige große Finale treten 20 teilnehmende Länder an, weil jeder Teilnehmer will den Contest #33 gewinnen.
Minh Tuyết: For today's grand final competes 20 participating countries because each participant wants to win the Contest #33.

Johnny Trí Nguyễn: In jeden Land sitzt eine Jury, die Punkte an ihre zehn besten Lieder vergibt. Das Punktesystem lautet: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 & 12 Punkte.
Jedes teilnehmende Land vergibt 12 Punkte an das Lied, welches man favorisiert. Die 10 Punkte gehen an den zweitbesten Beitrag. Und dann; 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 und 1 Punkt für die restlichen acht Lieder.

Minh Tuyết: In each country sits a jury, who awards points to their top ten songs. The voting system is: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 & 12 points. Each participate country gives 12 points at the song, which is favored. The 10 points go the second-best entry. And then; 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point for the rest of eight songs.

Johnny Trí Nguyễn: Außerdem gibt es eine Beschränkung: Ihr könnt nicht für euer eigenes Land abstimmen!
Minh Tuyết: In addition, it gives one limitation: You can not vote für your own country!
