Nelly Ciobanu: Good evening. And welcome to the Grand Final of 49th SGGP in National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Moldova, live from Chișinău.


Nelly Ciobanu: Good evening. I'll introduce myself. My name is Nelly Ciobanu.
Tonight, I'll be your moderator for this big event!

Nelly Ciobanu: We'll listen five songs of five nations. Only one of the ten participating countries will win and may take the trophy at home.
So, we wish you a lot of fun. We wish the performers Good luck! So, let the show begin!

Nelly Ciobanu: Danke schön, Kameot, die für Moldau antreten, für diesen tollen Auftritt... So, gleich es ist soweit. Gleich dürfen Sie mitbestimmen, wer den Titel des SGGP#49 mit nach Hause nehmen darf. Aber zuerst erkläre ich Ihnen unser Votingsystem auf englisch.


The winner will decide by a mix of 50% televoting and 50% jury voting.

Six juries will vote in this Grand Final. These are five professional juries from the participating countries and a sixth jury, which calls itself "SGGP-Jury".
The participating countries can not for their own entry! The "SGGP-Jury" can vote for all entries!
Each jury awards 8, 10, and 12 points to their three favourite songs.
Every jury member gives their 12 points for the best song, then 10 points for the second best entry and 8 to their 3rd favourite song.

After that, the televote results will present.
People can vote by televoting (survey). Televoting points are based on percentages, totalling jury points, which voted (Examine: If an entry gets 10% of the televotes it will be equivalent to 10% of 180 points -> 18 points).

The winner is, who gets the most points of jury-votes and telephone voting. If two songs end up at the same position, the people’s votes will overrule the jury-votes.

Nelly Ciobanu: You have to vote, until 18th October 2014, 9:00 p.m. But beware, if you do not you vote, so shall your country be disqualified and you are not in the scoreboard.
